Getting to Work on My Christmas Cards

I just started working on my personal Christmas cards this weekend.  This is the first design.  I usually do 2 or 3 different designs depending on my supplies and time.  Plus, it gets a little tiresome to make 70 of the same card.  I'm not close to being finished, but at least I've started.  November is evaporating before our eyes, so it's not too early to get started!

Here's what I used:
  • Stamps:
    • Berry Christmas (116509....only available through January 4!)
  • Paper:
    • Riding Hood Red 8-1/2x5-1/2 card base (retired; substitute with Real Red 102482)
    • Whisper White 3x2 for Main Image (100730)
    • Old Olive (100702)
      • 3-1/4x2-1/4 Layer behind Main Image
      • 2x4-1/4 for Scallop Strip
    • Chocolate Chip 3-1/2x2-1/2 Layer behind Main Image (102128)
    • Patterned Paper Strip 1-1/2x4-1/4 (retired; substitute with Merry Moments 115672)
  • Ink:
    • Riding Hood Red Stamp Pad (retired; substitute with Real Red 103133)
    • Chocolate Chip Marker (100071
    • Old Olive Marker (100079)
  • Accessories:
    • Paper Piercer & Mat Pack (116631 & 105826)
    • SU! Merry Details Sizzlit (bird - 116823 - only available through January 4!)
    • Crop-A-Dile (106958)
    • Taffeta Ribbon (retired; substitute with Real Red Grosgrain 109034)
    • Scallop Edge Punch
    • Stampin' Dimensionals (104430)
Sorry for all of the retired supplies, but I still love them and hate not to use them.
