Crimped Diamond

Things are still pretty crazy around here, and I've missed posting.  I thought I'd share one of the cards we're making at my Technique Tuesday class this week.  Dawn Olchefske has a great video tutorial on her blog for making this background.  I actually learned how to make it hands-on at a technique class I attended a couple of months ago.

Here's what I used:

Stamps:
Cheep Talk

Paper:
Not Quite Navy (5-1/2x8-1/2)
Pear Pizzazz (4x5-1/4)
Early Espresso
Whisper White
Daffodil Delight

Ink:
Early Espresso Marker
Pumpkin Pie Marker
Pear Pizzazz Marker
Riding Hood Red Stamp Pad
Not Quite Navy Stamp Pad

Accessories:
Bitty Buttons
Crimper
Stampin' Dimensionals

Hopefully, I'll be able to post again this week.  Thanks for stopping by!

  2. That background is really unique. The crimper makes it look like corregated (Did I spell that right?) tin or cardboard. I like it!
