Build A Blossom Birthday

I have to admit, I really like how this card turned out. Hope you like it, too! I didn't realize how well the Build A Blossom stamp set coordinates with this floral pattern in the Greenhouse Gala DSP.  The colors work so well together.

The corduroy buttons and ribbon are retired.  The wide ribbon is sometimes hard to mail if you tie a knot or bow, so layering it with a more narrow/lightweight piece of ribbon seems to do the trick.

Here's what I used:

Patterns DSP Paper Stack - Brights (Real Red)

  1. I really like this card, too, Beth. The colors are so vibrant and the sweet little corduroy button is the perfect touch. I also like the 3-D look of the flower.

  2. This is so pretty! The colors are gorgeous, and I'm with Sonya; that little button is too cute! :)
