Bordering on Romance

You don't see a lot of cards on my blog that use stamps that have to be colored in...that's because I'm not very good at coloring.  I somehow manage to go outside the lines at least a little every time...and my OCD tendencies make that get under my skin (just when I do it...it doesn't bother me when other people do it...I know, weird).  I do love this Bordering on Romance set, so I decided to give the "watercolor look" another try.  I used a blender pen with my stamp pads (squeezed them when they were closed to get the ink on the top to use as a palette).  I'm actually pretty happy with the way it turned out.

I don't have the actual card anymore, so I'm going to guess at the sizes for the DSP...it'll be close and you can adjust as needed to what looks good to you.

Here's what I used:

  1. I would enjoy the coloring! Isn't it funny how we can be so particular about certain things and not others. I've decided everybody is a perfectionist. Just not about the same things!
