Polka Dot Blossoms

This card was actually inspired by a recent Retro Sketches Challenge.  It didn't turn out quite like the sketch, so I didn't submit it.

For the polka dot layer, I used the next to largest Labels Collection Framelit and cut it in half.  The "Happy Birthday" greeting was actually printed using MDS because I don't have a "Happy Birthday" greeting small enough to use with the jewlery tag punch.  I filled a 4-1/4x5-1/2 piece of Whisper White card stock with "Happy Birthday" so I'll have plenty on hand in the future.  The font is IrisUPC and the size is 16pt.

Here's everything I used:

Stamps:
Bright Blossoms

Paper:
Rich Razzleberry Card Stock
     4-1/4x11 Card Base
Lucky Limeade Card Stock
     3-3/4x5 Large Layer
Daffodil Delight Card Stock
     3-1/2x4-3/4 Embossed Layer-Finished Size
Whisper White Card Stock
     2x3 Main Image
     Scrap for Tag
Polka Dot Parade DSP
5-1/2x4-1/2 Decorative Layer ("label" cut in half for 2 cards)

Ink:
Rich Razzleberry Stamp Pad
Lucky Limeade Stamp Pad
Daffodil Delight Stamp Pad

Accessories:
Fancy Fan Embossing Folder

Thanks for stopping by!
