Being a Bit Lazy

I've been a total couch potato this week.  I think it must be this horrible heat.  I'm really not a fan of July and August in North Carolina.

To help me get back to stamping a little, I looked to Julie Davison for some inspiration.  I was going to CASE this card, but I couldn't get it to look as good as hers with the paper I had chosen.  After playing around with the pieces a little, this is what I ended up with.  I may have to use this one for a Card Buffet.

Here's what I used:

Stamps:
Papillon Potpourri
Create A Cupcake

Paper:
Island Indigo Card Stock
     8-1/2x5-1/2 Card Base
Daffodil Delight Card Stock
Scraps for Scallop Circle and Flower
Whisper White Card Stock
     2x2-3/4 Embossed Layer
Scraps for Circle, Butterfly and Greeting
Summer Smooches DSP
     1-3/4x3 Layer

Ink:
Island Indigo Stamp Pad
Black Stazon Stamp Pad

Accessories:
Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder
Square Lattice Embossing Folder
1-3/8" Circle Punch
Word Window Punch
1-3/4" Scallop Circle Punch
Elegant Butterfly Punch
Rhinestones
Stampin' Dimensionals

Thanks for stopping by.
