Perfectly Preserved

This is definitely my favorite set in the entire Holiday Catalog...and there's plenty of stamps to love in there!  However, this particular set reminds me of growing up and my family spending the summer canning and freezing vegetables.  I'll have to say I didn't appreciate it much then...sweltering days sitting on the porch stringing green beans.  Speaking of which,a green bean is the only thing missing in this stamp set. LOL!  If there's nothing else to eat in the house, there's always a jar of green beans.

I used the Festive Paper-Piercing Template again on this card.  It just adds a little something to keep the card stock from looking too flat and boring.  You can see it better here:

What else is there to love about this set?  Well, there's a coordinating set of framelits called Cannery Set. It has 7 framelits...one for almost every stamp in the set.  Plus, if you purchase the "Perfectly Preserved Bundle" rather than the stamp set and framelits separately, you'll get to save some money.  Stay tuned....
