A Bit of Christmas

Here's another Christmas card idea for you.  I just love how the glimmer paper makes such beautiful, sparkly snowflakes.

For the two embossed layers, I cut the card stock out first with the corresponding framelit and embossed with the Holiday Frame embossing folder second.  Be sure to cut first and emboss second so your embossing doesn't get smooshed.

I used mini glue dots to adhere the two snowflakes together.  I also added mini glue dots to the back of the pearl to help hold it in place better.

Here's everything I used:

Stamps:
None

Paper:
Midnight Muse Card Stock
     4-1/4x11 Card Base
     2-3/4x3 Embossed Layer
Whisper White Card Stock
     3-1/2x5-1/2 Embossed Layer
Midnight Muse DSP (2012-2014 In Color DSP Paper Stack)
     4x5-1/4 Large Layer
Silver Glimmer Paper
     2-1/2x2-1/2 Large Snowflake
     2x2 Center Snowflake

Ink:
None

Accessories:
Snow Flurry Bigz Die
Apothecary Accents Framelits
Labels Collection Framelits
Holiday Frame Embossing Folder
Corner Punch
Large Pearl
Mini Glue Dots
Stampin Dimensionals (I used these all over the back of the white layer.  Cut the dimensionals in half so you don't have to use as many.)

Thanks for stopping by!
Beth
