Do you have a long Christmas card list? If so, you'll need a card that's pretty, yet not so involved that you wear yourself out (or your pocketbook) trying to make them.
This card fits the bill:
1) The focal point is a beautiful verse that's heat embossed with white embossing powder
2) It's rather inexpensive to make. There aren't many card stock layers, no ribbon, no bling, etc. You can use the Season of Style DSP Stack (132181) from the Holiday Catalog for the center piece. Since the piece measures 1-1/2x5-1/2 inches, you can get 144 cards from one stack for only $6.95 (yes, I know people who send out that many cards).
3) It's very "mailable." No need for extra postage!
Here's everything I used:
Prince of Peace (134811)
Crumb Cake Card Stock
4-1/4x11 Card Base
Cherry Cobbler Card Stock
Old Olive Card Stock
Season of Style DSP Stack (132181)
White Craft Stamp Pad
Scallop Edge Border Punch
Deco Labels Collection Framelits
White Embossing Powder
Embossing Buddy & Heat Tool
Thanks for stopping by!
