Why are masculine cards so difficult?

That's an easy answer....there's no bling....no pearls, no rhinestones, no frilly ribbon!  Linen thread is my go-to "ribbon" for masculine cards, so I did manage to sneak in some for this card.  The Early Espresso strip is embossed with the Square Lattice Embossing Folder and adds a little more interest, too.

This is another option for my November card buffets.  It needed to be a relatively easy card to make since everyone is going to be so busy with the purple card from my previous post.

Here's everything I used:

Stamps:
Simply Sketched

Paper:
Early Espresso Card Stock
     8-1/2x5-1/2 Card Base
     2-1/8x3-3/8 Layer Behind Main Image
     3-3/4x1/2 Embossed Strip
Naturals Ivory Card Stock
     3-3/4x5 Large Layer
     2x3-1/4 Main Image

Ink:
Early Espresso Stamp Pad

Accessories:
Square Lattice Embossing Folder
Linen Thread
Stampin' Sponges
Stampin' Dimensionals

Thanks for stopping by!
Beth
