I had a request for a file folder card like shown here using "festive" masculine colors. Our Retro Fresh DSP fits the bill! I tried to stay away from scallops and flowers. Plus, did you notice that the tab is on the back portion of the card instead of the front? It actually happened by accident (in too big of a hurry), but I like it better than the original.
As a refresher, when making the tab you place the left edge of your card stock as shown for your first punch with the Envelope Punch Board:
Next, slide the left edge over to the 3" mark and punch again. Trim the excess that is to the right of the tab. As you can see in the picture, I like to add my DSP to my card stock base before punching.
To make the "ribbed" cupcake holder, I started with a strip of card stock about 1-1/4 inches tall and scored it at every 1/8" mark using my Simply Scored Scoring Tool.
