Sweet Sorbet Birthday


When I saw this card, I knew I wanted to CASE the way she used the striped and floral Sweet Sorbet patterns together.  Instead of using the coordinating Petal Parade Stamp Set, I went with the Five-Way Flower Single Stamp.  It seems to have the same feel as the flowers in the patterned paper.

The flower is layered with three different sizes of scalloped circles.  Rather than using dimensionals on each layer, I used glue dots.  You can see the texture of the different layers, but the card is still relatively flat for mailing.
