Something for Baby Card

The inspiration for this card is actually a card I made with some retired DSP.  The other day I was going through my paper stash, and I made this card with some Watercolor Wonder DSP as the background:

Since I only had a limited supply of paper and I wanted to make some extras, I decided to create my own background...going old school with making my own DSP from stamping!  Plus, I like to share cards with you all that you can make from current case you don't have a paper stash....yet.

The Work of Art stamp set was just the ticket!  I stamped the stripes off once on scrap paper each time to make them a little lighter.  The beauty of stamping the background vs. using DSP is that I can have any color combination I want.

Here's everything I used:

Paper Dimensions
Daffodil Delight Card Stock
     4-1/4x11 Card Base
Smoky Slate Card Stock
     2-1/8x4-1/8 Layer Behind Main Image
Whisper White Card Stock
     3-3/4x5 Striped Layer
     2x4 Main Image
Scraps for Onsie, Tie and Star
Silver Foil Sheets
     Scrap for Hanger
