Petal Potpourri Birthday

This is a card I made for a stamping friend.  I waited until the last minute to make it and then realized that the mail wouldn't be picked up this past Monday due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.  So, Saturday I was in a mad dash to make a card, and this is what I came up with.  Sometimes I work best under pressure.  When I stepped out the front door to take it to the mailbox, our mail carrier was at my neighbor's house.  I made it!

The patterned paper is one of the options you can choose as your free Sale-A-Bration product with a $50 purchase.  It's called Best Year Ever and features soft colors.  I can also see using this paper for baby cards.

I used a circle framelit to make the window.  The paper behind the flower is actually the circle that I cut out but flipped to the reverse side.  I adhered the large layer with dimensionals and then laid the coral circle in afterwards.

Here's everything I used:

Paper Dimensions:
Calypso Coral Card Stock
     4-1/4x11 Card Base
Coastal Cabana Card Stock
     Scrap for Greeting
Whisper White Card Stock
     2-3/4x2-3/4 Flower
     Scrap for Center
Best Year Ever DSP (SAB)
     3-3/4x5-1/2 Large Layer & Circle
