Petal Potpourri CASE

I was in the mood to stamp, but I needed some inspiration.  That's where this beautiful card by Sandy came into play.  I absolutely love her colors, but I wanted to try to make mine a tiny bit different by using this combination.  I also made my card open a little different than most:

The white piece measures 6-1/2x5-1/2 inches and is scored at 3-1/4 inches.  It's adhered to a Hello Honey base that measures 4-1/4x5-1/2 inches.

Tip:  I was having a really hard time tying the bow on this card.  It was too loose.  So, I wrapped the linen thread around the card and tied it one time.  I placed a glue dot under the tied part so it would hold it in place. I could then easily finish with the loops of the bow.  If the glue dot is "exposed" just use your fingernails to squeeze it into a smaller shape under the knot.

Here's everything I used:

Paper Dimensions
Hello Honey Card Stock
     4-1/4x5-1/2 Card Backing
Whisper White Card Stock
     6-1/2x5-1/2 Card Base
Lost Lagoon Card Stock
     1/4x5-1/2 Strip
