Kinda Eclectic CASE

Inspiration:  I'm CASE'ing again....this time it's DDStamps' cute butterfly card that I found on Pinterest.  I made it my own by changing the color scheme and the size of the card.  Mine measures 4-1/4x4-1/4 inches.

  • I made my card smaller to reduce the amount of white space (for something different...nothing wrong with the original!).  It's a great size for a thank-card or plain note card.
  • The butterfly layers are glued together and then popped up with dimensionals.
  • The flower in center was punched with the Tree Builder punch.  It's the perfect size!
  • I adhered the ends of a 5-1/4 inch piece of linen thread to the back of the white panel.  I used a separate piece of tine to make the bow and then adhered it with a glue dot that I cut in half while it was still on the role.
