Sympathy Card with Faux Marbled Background

Inspiration:  One I saw this card by Brandy, I knew I had to make a sympathy card with a the same background.  Brandy has a great video on her website on how to create her entire card, so be sure to check it out.  This sympathy card is prettier in person.  You really need to go make one so you can see for yourself. :)

  • Use the most solid flower image from the SAB What I Love stamp set (available for FREE with a $50 purchase until the end of March) to create the background.  Stamp it randomly all over a piece of Whisper White card stock until you get the look you want.
  • I curled by flower layers with my bone folder. Be careful with the large flower especially if you use Whisper White card stock.  It's pretty easy to tear the petals off.
  • The flower layers are adhered with glue dots, and the entire flower is popped up with a dimensional.  I used our Fine Tip Glue Pen to add a little glue to the leaves.
  • The greeting is adhered with dimensionals.
