Happy Friday! I finally had the opportunity to play with a few new products, and I'm loving them. The Swirly Bird stamp set has so many possibilities. The red and green on this card have me thinking about Christmas card possibilities with this set.
- Since the Thoughtful Banners stamps are photopolymer you can bend them to follow the curve of the banner. Mine is popped up with dimensionals. Just lay your clear block on top of the punched piece so you can see the curve, and then place your stamps on the clear block (remember to reverse the words...when you turn over the block and stamp they'll be in the right position). I actually traced the top curve of the punched piece using a black marker. I placed my clear block on top of the curve I drew and then lined up the bottom edges of my stamps with the line. It's well worth the effort.
- I used the Layering Squares framelits to cut my square and the scalloped square.

Okay, so this has to be a fun kit. I'm obsessed with sequins and those colors are so pretty. I can't wait to get mine! I wonder if it'll be shaker cards?
You can cancel at any time, but if you decide to continue with the subscription, future kits will be $19.95 US (includes shipping) which is still a great deal. Visit the Paper Pumpkin YouTube channel to check out the awesome kits we've had recently. I used the March kit to make gift card holders for teacher gifts. They turned out so cute, were easy to make and they were a big hit with the teachers!
