Simplified Hang Your Stocking Christmas Card

Inspiration:  This is my version of the Hang Your Stocking card on page 15 of the Holiday Catalog. I feel like this card is more simple than the original because it doesn't have as many die-cut pieces, uses less DSP and the bow is die cut rather than tied.  It's actually one of the cards I'll be offering at my November card buffets.  While there are still some die cuts and embossing, I think it'll work out better than the original version.  My stampers will be happy to not have to tie a bow. :)

Tips:
  • Use multipurpose glue to adhere the stocking pieces together.  Be sure to use TINY drops to avoid glue oozing out.
  • Cut a 3-1/4x1 inch piece of Whisper White for the greeting.  Use the Triple Banner Punch to flag one end.  Then, stamp the greeting close to the flagged end.
  • The stocking is popped up with dimensionals.
